    Malika Jivan is a seasoned entrepreneur and compliance expert with over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector. She is the founder of Abacus, a fintech services firm she has successfully led for 20 years. With 15 years of specialized experience in compliance, Malika has served as the head of compliance for major financial institutions, ensuring robust regulatory frameworks and governance.

    A Chartered Accountant (CA) from India, she began her career at Arthur Andersen Consulting, gaining foundational expertise in financial advisory and risk management. Malika currently serves as a board member of Souviren Pension Fund, Seychelles, contributing her strategic insights and deep industry knowledge to fiduciary governance. Her extensive experience spans regulatory compliance, financial management, and corporate leadership, making her a trusted authority in both fintech innovation and institutional governance.

    Co-Founder & Technology Innovator

    Anuj Sharma is a visionary entrepreneur and technology expert with over 30 years of experience across fintech, learning, and product innovation. He is the founder of a fintech services company that has been successfully operating for 20 years, and also established a learning company specializing in gamification, pioneering innovative approaches to corporate and educational training.

    Anuj holds an Engineering degree and an MBA from Ahmedabad, and has extensive technology experience, including serving in Infosys. His career spans multiple regions including the US, EU, Japan, and Africa, giving him a global perspective on product development, technology adoption, and organizational management. He brings deep expertise in product management, having created and launched products across industries, and excels in managing teams and mentoring staff. With a unique combination of fintech knowledge, technology expertise, and gamification innovation, Anuj drives transformative solutions that blend business strategy with engaging learning experiences.
