Refunds & Cancellations

1. Subscription Cycles

Our Service is billed on a recurring basis (Monthly or Annually). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless a written notice of non-renewal is provided.


2. Standard "Refund" Policy

  • Fees are Non-Refundable: All fees paid are non-refundable and non-creditable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused seats.
  • Implementation Fees: Any one-time setup or implementation fees are non-refundable once the onboarding process has commenced.
  • However if the refund is applied within 24hours of the purchase, then the refund will be processed 100% back into the Bank Account.

3. Termination for Cause

Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party:

  • Materially breaches these terms and fails to cure the breach within 30 days of notice.
  • Becomes the subject of a petition in bankruptcy.

4. Service Credits (SLA)

Refunds are not issued for service downtime. Instead, in the event of a breach of our Service Level Agreement (SLA), Customers may be eligible for "Service Credits" to be applied toward future billing cycles.
