1. Service Access & Licensing

Subject to payment of applicable fees, we grant the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform. Access is limited to the number of "Authorized Users" (seats) specified in your Service Order.

Subject to payment of applicable fees, we grant the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform. Access is limited to the number of "Authorized Users" (seats) specified in your Service Order.

Customers shall not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the platform.
• Use the Service to build a competing product.
• Circumvent any usage limits or security features.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, and interfaces, is the sole property of ComplioPro-X. The Customer retains all rights to any data or content uploaded to the platfor

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect "Confidential Information" with the same degree of care as their own proprietary information. This includes trade secrets, pricing, and product roadmaps.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer in the 12 months preceding the claim.
